OUR STORY

- Case Investigation

Mr. Perkins is a sixth generation native of the Mendocino Coast. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1993, and is also admitted to practice in Federal Courts. Mr. Perkins is a 1993 graduate of the Lincoln University Law School of Sacramento.

- Case Fight

Mr. Perkins moved his practice from Sacramento to Fort Bragg in 1996. He runs a Full Service practice, handling criminal and civil litigation files from the initial pleading stage through trial, and, where the case requires, through the appellate process in the Court of Appeal. Since moving to Fort Bragg in 1996, Mr. Perkins has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in complex matters including breach of contract, breach of trust, personal injury, construction defect, and partition of Real Property.

- Documents Prepair

Mr. Perkins has served as a Judge Pro Tem for Mendocino County Superior Court, hearing small claims and civil trials until this program was discontinued. Occasionally, Mr. Perkins still serves as a settlement conference official for the court. Mr. Perkins has been a member of the Rotary Club or Fort Bragg since 1997, serving as President in 2003.
